Background and experience
Rachel oversees all regulatory compliance and risk management activities at Gate Insurance Brokers Ltd. She ensures the company meets its obligations under the FCA's regulatory framework, including Consumer Duty, treating customers fairly, and anti-money laundering requirements.
Rachel has over 15 years of experience in compliance roles across the UK insurance and financial services sectors. She is a qualified member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and holds the Advanced Diploma in Insurance.
She works closely with the board to maintain a culture of compliance and ensure that regulatory considerations are embedded in every aspect of the business.
