Gate Insurance Brokers Ltd has announced the launch of a new digital-first claims notification process for customers of its Gate Insure consumer brand. The new system enables policyholders to initiate a claim online, upload supporting documentation, and track the progress of their claim through a dedicated customer portal.
The digital claims process has been designed to reduce friction and improve transparency for customers at what is often a stressful time. By digitising the initial notification stage, Gate Insure aims to reduce average claim initiation times significantly while keeping customers informed at every step.
A spokesperson for Gate Insurance Brokers Ltd commented: "We know that making a claim can be a worrying experience. Our new digital claims process is designed to make it as straightforward and transparent as possible. Customers can submit their claim in minutes and track its progress without having to make repeated phone calls."
